1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is a significant manufacturing issue
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original condition
- All accessories, screws, and manuals must be returned
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made furniture
- Items with natural wood patterns or color variations
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
4. Refund or Replacement Process
After verifying the issue:
- Replacement will be shipped
- or
- Refund will be initiated to the original payment method
Note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
